Requirements
We’re looking for individuals who bring both professionalism and a passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Active health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
- Confident, organized, and motivated self-starter with ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines
- Tech-savvy, with ability to navigate online tools and manage client data effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with clients, referral partners and internal team members
- Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional and service-oriented phone etiquette
- Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and desire to continuously improve
- Prior sales experience is a plus
